| The division of Information Resources & Technology consists of six departments:
Academic Computing and Media
ACM offers instructional support to the campus and community by providing services that facilitate learning through technology.
Administrative Computing Services
ACS develops, provides support for, and manages various campus enterprise software applications such as Student Records, Financial Aid, Degree Audit, Development, and Web services to the same.
Associate Vice President's Office
The Associate Vice President's office oversees the divisional budget, is fully engaged in the Accessible Technology Initiative, assists in the sponsorship of the SecureIT conference, manages disaster recovery and business continutity planning for the division, and responds to the plethora of requests for technology surveys.
Common Management System
CMS is a CSU-System wide initiative providing support for the campus Finance and Human Resources administrative systems. Currently, the campus is engaged in implementing the Student Administration system.
Data Center and Helpdesk Services
The IRT Support and Data Center is a central resource for help, information and support providing the university with an effective, primary point of contact for computing and information technology and its related inquiries and problems on a 24x7 basis.
Information Security Office
The Information Security Office is responsible for ensuring the privacy and security of CSUSB’s information resources.
Telecommunications and Network Services
TNS plans, supports, manages, maintains, and repairs the CSUSB telephone system and data network.
